February 2014-I contacted Kristie Davis of Cane River Chihuahua's about an older dog for SHOW. Had just shown against her dogs in the Corpus Christi Dog Show. She stated she had a 10 month old Long Coat Male Ring Ready/Show Ready! "Rip-Off" was purchased from her - paid for via PayPal before I got him. Signed Contract between us. SHOW contract. Agreed to finish his AKC Championship - even using HER Handler. I had serious DOUBTS when I got him home and evaluated him .

 

Two weeks later took him to Aslynn, the Handler - she wouldn't take him! Not Show Quality.  Tried for 6 more months- got other breeder evaluations - same as I thought- NOT SHOW QUALITY. Contacted Kristie Davis of Cane River -via email. Sent Pictures and evaluation via the AKC Standard. Kristie Davis AGREED he is PET quality and told me to GIVE AWAY! She will not honor the contract which states she will buy him back or send a replacement show puppy. NOTHING TODATE!!

 

I even went as far as to ship him back to her at my expense so she can find a suitable pet home - she didn't want him!!
